BBC Dish Up Campaign

Back in July I did some filming with BBC for a campaign called “Dish up” helping people who have trouble cooking from scratch. As part of the campaign I filmed some videos with Joe Swash as he loves cooking fish fingers with his son but doesn’t know how to cook from scratch. I came up with some super easy recipes like “curry in a hurry” & homemade fish fingers and taught Joe how to make these from scratch. It’s a great feeling when you help to teach someone to cook and it’s even better knowing that it’ll help them cook better for their families and friends.  I cooked on BBC radio 2 for Simon Mayo, we made him some chicken fajita wraps which he loved, and Lisa Fauljner and I went on BBC breakfast and cooked up recipes live with families that needed help in the kitchen - was so much fun!
